400 Years of Witness

The availability of good buildings is crucial to the outreach of any Church into the local community, and Markethill Presbyterian Church is no exception. We are fortunate that we have a number of such buildings, and if you look at the weekly schedule of events, you will see that full use is made of them. Each building has its' own history, and the building of these Meeting Houses and Halls was often a major fundraising challenge for our Congregation at the time. This section of the website aims to impart a little of that history on each of the buildings in turn.
