Explorers 

We’re the stars of the GB and we meet in the Small Memorial Hall on a Friday evening from 6.45pm until 7.45pm.

Explorers are aged 4 to 7 and we are the youngest members of the Girls’ Brigade.

We have lots of fun and earn STAR badges each year to wear on our smart uniform – it’s a bright red jumper and a navy tunic with the GB badge on it!

You can make lots of friends at the explorers and we do lots of things like singing, dancing, playing games, making things and listening to Bible stories. Sometimes we even go on special outings – one year we went to a special shop where sweets are made!

At the end of each GB year, usually in April, we take part in the annual GB display, where our families and friends can come along and see us sing and dance and act…  sometimes we can make the mums and dads join in!
